With a background in Psychology, Interdisciplinary Studies, Spiritual Competency, and Addiction Counseling as a CASAC, she approaches mental health through both scientific understanding and spiritual intelligence, recognizing the mind, body, and spirit as unified systems.

She is passionate about redefining wellness beyond diagnosis by integrating clinical insight with deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and inner balance.

Ebony is also a writer and creator building platforms centered on healing, identity, and personal growth, where lived experience meets practical solutions. She develops books, wellness tools, reflection apps, and media that help people better understand themselves and move forward with clarity. With over 25 years in human services and more than a decade in leadership, Ebony brings both depth and real world experience to her work. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her PhD in Trauma Informed Care. She serves as Clinical Coordinator of Client Care and CASAC within a CCBHC outpatient program, supporting individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

Ebony's work also extends into community and creative collaboration. She works with celebrities initiatives development and operations, including heading a collaborative project that contracts merch designers for Protect Ya Neck Shop and serves as an Administrator at Wu Tang For The Children Inc., supporting initiatives that provide youth with access to creative arts, education, and community based opportunities for growth.
